Super Easy Salsa

 
There are so many recipe variations for making salsa ranging from the mild to the fiery hot. This is as the name says a super easy salsa. It has a little sweet to mellow out the heat.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
 
What You’ll Need:

1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
¼ small red onion diced
1 Jalapeno chili seeded and minced
1 Serrano chili seeded and minced
1 Garlic Clove crushed
1 Lime juiced
¼ cup of Cilantro leaves
1 tbs of Agave syrup
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Blender
Knife
Cutting Board
Hand Juicer for the lime
 

Preparation:

1. Put all the ingredients into the blender and pulse until well blended.
2. That’s it! Ready to serve.
3. Refrigerate any left over. Preferably in a glass container

 
Cook’s Note:

The salsa will keep in the refrigerator for about 5-7 days and if you make a double batch you can freeze it for another time.
